What does 10:1, 20:1 mean?
stems weight : extract weight
10:1       It takes 10 ounces of plant stems to make 1 ounce of extract
20:1       It takes 20 ounces of plant stems to make 1 ounce of extract
50:1       It takes 50 ounces of plant stems to make 1 ounce of extract
A zero capsule of 10:1 2/3 full could be considered a standard low dose for finding your balance
Heavy coffee drinkers or use of other stimulants will have a higher tolerance
